Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the iclub88 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through proxy registration — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. iclub88 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and Malaysian contact number. You are obligated to update your registered details promptly if any information changes. iclub88 may verify registration details against third-party identity databases at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iclub88 login credentials — including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party, and you must notify iclub88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. iclub88 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
iclub88 is required to comply with applicable Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations. You agree to provide, promptly upon request, copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account restrictions until verification is completed.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. iclub88 reserves the right to levy an administrative maintenance fee on inactive account balances, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Members will be notified in advance of any such deduction.
iclub88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and USDT TRC20. Bonus funds credited to a member's iclub88 account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering with bonus funds on restricted game types (as specified per promotion) does not contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment.
iclub88 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploitation of mathematical errors or loopholes, low-risk bet hedging to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, and any other conduct that in iclub88's reasonable assessment constitutes bad-faith bonus claiming.
iclub88 does not use fake countdown timers or manufactured scarcity devices in its promotional material. All bonus availability windows stated on the Platform reflect actual offer validity periods.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iclub88 provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
iclub88 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or third-party service interruptions outside iclub88's reasonable control; (d) errors or omissions in game data or odds feeds caused by third-party data providers.
In circumstances where iclub88 is found to bear direct liability to a member, that liability shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of a dispute between a member and iclub88, the parties shall first attempt resolution through iclub88's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by iclub88's gaming licence authority. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents iclub88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief through courts of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or prevent irreparable harm.
